Highly recommend. We were on a short weekend break for a wedding in Norfolk. We had with us our two dogs - an Irish Wolfhound and a Newfoundland. We were told there were kennels on sight, however much too small for these two! Hannah within minutes had organised for a neighbour to look after our boys whilst at the wedding! Our stress levels were pretty high that day and Hannah at every point of our stay was approachable, kind and present - from booking to leaving. We stayed in Riverview cottage - it was truly perfect. And even little finishing touches such as fresh milk in the fridge and flowers on the table! There was a fenced garden at the back with patio and grass, but also at the front an open communal courtyard with a soothing waterfall in a fish pond. Whilst we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the games room - i did have a nose and it looked really lovely for a chill evening. The grounds are just so peaceful. There is a designated lake area fenced off for otters - but we took full advantage of this for our boys to have a run around! We actually went to that lake three times in our two night stay . The accommodation was spotless and our boys respected not going on the couch, although the Newf puppy in protest did munch on the ‘no dogs on the couch’ sign whilst we were asleep ‍♀️. Hannah and the team really have made our stay so stress free and we will definitely be returning! We were pretty unprepared in terms of food - breakfast was a cheeky maccy D’s only 8mins down the road in Wroxham (where Roy basically runs the world). There were lovely walks around and plenty of dog friendly pubs - we went to one in Ludham for dinner and they were so lovely making space for us :). I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting a lush break away in Norfolk! Thank you Hannah and the team! You are fabulous. Max, John, Remus and Koda

After many cancellations due to the pandemic, finally made our family break and it was well worth the wait. Had a great time using the cottages as a base as it was perfectly situated to be able to go to many attractions as well as the coast. The cottages were spotlessly clean and we had a very warm welcome with nothing too much trouble. The children loved the playbarn and the hot tub - and occasionally let the adults in! Hoping to come again next year

Fantastic few days here with friends. Beautiful scenery, walks on your doorstep, 5 mins from Bewilderwood and near lots of Beaches. The Swan Inn at Horning was a lovely place for a lunch stop on the Broads. There’s also a games room and Hannah the owner is so helpful.
