Have been so many times we can't remember. Love it. Cooked fresh to order, even in the take away area

Thank Ian C

We Were Visiting Whitby and saw this Fish & Chip Restaurant on the corner of the road opposite the Train station . So Before returning back to Leeds we called in for a Meal . There were 5 of us in our party and managed to get a lovely table next to the window . The decor inside is lovely and light with lots of small eating booths or tables. The Staff greeted us at the door and showed us to our table and gave us the Menu. Lots of choices to eat not only fish & Chips but also catered for Vegetarians . 3 of our party were visiting Whitby for the first time and was so impressed with the food & service we received . My husband had Scampi and said it was the best he has had for a long while . I had the small Cod & Chips really moist creamy Cod and the portion was big enough . Our Guests had Crab Salad, Smoked Haddock and the third person had the Vegetarian Mix with new potatoes . Every ones Meal looked really good and well presented.

This was our second visit a year after the first and it was simply splendid. The service (our waitress was Gill) was first class and the food was fab. Visited restaurant in company with 6 friends.

This time we had mains and puddings and drinks. The bill came to £161 which for six people was fine.

Overall the food was very good, very nicely presented and very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant but be prepared to queue outside at busy times if you can't pre book because there is less than 7 of you.

Cannot recommend as the fish was not of particularly good quality. We had haddock and both portions were thin.
