Brilliant venue..lots of parking and easily accessible.. good sound in the venue and seating is fantastic, good views all round and not too large so perfect for toilet and bar breaks as queues go down quickly

The show we went to see was busy but the staff were attentive and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Great venue...definitely visiting again :)

Went to see suggs with my daughter. Staff are very helpful and the Derngate is always kept very clean. Good for a night out no matter what I've seen on. Parking isn't an issue as i come from Northampton and know where to go. Someone coming from out of town may struggle especially uf they are running late

2nd visit to the royal and derngate theatre this time to see shrek. We sat right at the front by the stage it was brilliant the view was still good and you could clearly see everything happening on stage. We could see how much the performers were enjoying themselves on there faces
