My family visited here to see a local group play. It was a fun place. Inexpensive food, clean, comfortable and well worth a visit. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was fresh and tasty.

We went for brunch here as I had been for a drink before and loved the decor.
It was still beautiful inside however the service was terrible and the food over priced.
There was one member of staff working, and when we first arrived had to stand waiting to order while he was on the phone. There was about 2 other people in there, yet seemed annoyed we hadn’t chosen a table yet.
The veggie breakfast was £10, the same price as the meat which I found surprising, and expensive. When the food did come they had forgotten my beans and half of it was very very cold. The server didn’t offer any sauces and seemed annoyed when I went up to the bar to ask for some.
I think I would only come back here if it was just for a drink again...

It's difficult to summarise how awesome this place is. The food was wonderful but the service was out of this world. From start to finish. We organised a lunch for 35 family members, after a wedding at the local register office. From the very first phone call, I knew this was the place to book! All telephone and email contact was polite, friendly, prompt and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the boiler room which was laid out perfectly, as per our seating plan, and all guests had their pre-ordered drinks on arrival. The serving staff were just wonderful. The room was a little hot but the staff worked tirelessly to sort this in just a couple of minutes. Everyone was so friendly and made our family feel at ease and well catered for! We had a couple of cancellations the night before and the restaurant was excellent about this. They plated up the meals and even popped a couple of extra bottles of wine on the table, what a lovely gesture which was very much appreciated! Thank you again Jam Factory - your set up is awesome and you really did everything very very well.

We took a walk along the Thames into central Oxford and decided to try this place for a light lunch. We had a mix of beers and hot drinks and a selection of sharing plates. The decor is very basic, the atmosphere relaxed, the staff were great, the beer was good, and the simple tapas style food was excellent. It was great to be in a place that didn’t feel like a chain restaurant/bar and it seems to have found a nice little niche. They were pleasantly busy and I wish them continued success. We will definitely go back.
