I stayed for two nights for an exam taking place in the hotel. I was in an accessible room on the first floor with a lovely large wet room. My only two criticisms are that the automatic door opener button in my room did not work and that the wheel to the room over carpet being so far from the lift was hard work - poor positioning for a disabled room, I did have two occasions (one luggage cart and one housekeeping trolley) being left in the corridor with enough space for someone on foot to pass, but in my wheelchair it was impossible to reach my room without assistance.
The room was clean, it was close to the city centre and the staff were helpful.More
