Had a great stay, all of the Staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, despite the fact that we had been snowed in and unable to travel any further after our first nights stay, they made sure we did not have to change rooms although these had been allocated to new residence. The cleaning staff were also really accommodation despite the fact that we were still in our original room, and should have booked out. A definite 10 out of 10 for this Travelodge.

Booked in for a one night stay. A nice chap named Will checked us in and was very polite, friendly and professional. The room was very clean and was larger than expected. We had a forced 2nd night due to heavy snow. This time we were dealt with by Luke. He was also very professional and a pleasure to deal with. It's been many years since my last stay in a Travelodge (which was not a pleasant experience) and was worried how this trip would turn out. I guess Travelodge have refurbished and upgraded their rooms as I couldn't find anything to fault. We'll be back

Room Tip: All rooms are good. We were on the 1st floor directly above the entrance with a nice view of the hills (room 101)

stayed here on and off for 2 weeks, rooms always clean and comfortable. You don't need any more to rest your head each night. Used it as a base to look round the local area, will return when we come house hunting in a couple of weeks

Luke (on reception) was incredibly helpful and made our stay 5*. Luke was exceptionally kind and helped us when we were snowed in at Bitterley (nearby village) and unable to get to our hotel and booked room.

Really good place to stay if spending time in Ludlow. Good facilities and parking on site. Near enough to town to be able to walk there and back.
Pleasant, helpful staff who welcomed us and explained where room was - second floor and asked if we were going to be OK with that as it was accessed via stairs. Room fine - clean/ tidy with very comfortable bed.

Room Tip: Second floor front facing rooms afford view of town.
