Skilfully taken photos will con the potential guest into booking here - don't! Although the one bedroom apartment looks nice on first entering, try sitting on the sofa - it's about as comfortable as a table. It looks nice but was obviously ordered online, otherwise I can't understand why anyone would fork out money for it. I told the owner it was very uncomfortable but was virtually snapped at that no-one else had complained! Really? Perhaps like us they got fed up with the rest of the apartment's features and left early? The bed while wide and comfortable, is actually only two twins pushed together so it's only 6 feet long - our feet overhung the end. The duvet (doona) is so thick we sweated all through the night. Turning down the heating had little effect and we couldn't open the window, it was screwed shut so tightly. So I threw off the duvet in order to try and sleep and have ended up getting cold and getting a cold which really makes me angry. The pillows were very hard and lumpy. Oh and bonus! The boiler is in a cupboard in the bedroom and goes on and off all night. Probably just as well we couldn't open that window or the boiler gases might have suffocated us. The shower is a monsoon type but must have a water saver on it (negates the monsoon type setting) because only about 12 squirts of water emanate from it. Once you've managed to sort of shower, you can get out and try to use one of the bath towels! Mine was grey looking with filth and stank. I think someone must've used it to wipe their dog's feet. I told the owner by email and new ones were put in, the laundry service was blamed but the cleaner should have noticed. There are strange holes under the sink near the floor. Another reviewer has provided photos. The kitchen is equipped with the poorest quality pans and cutlery imaginable. We had booked for 3 nights but the thought of spending one more second on that rock hard sofa or under that awful duvet had us packing up and heading home. I should have read the reviews here before booking, but was conned by the positive reviews on booking.com - but they only put good things on their site I've discovered and discard the rest - no unbiased then. Don't stay here, it's a long walk into town and after along day of seeing the sights is an exhausting walk back. About the only positive thing is they allow dogs and there is a supermarket across the road... Our dog was greatly relieved to get home as were we after this awful stay. I want my money back!

Room Tip: Avoid this establishment at all costs!

We stayed in the ground floor spilt level apartment for my Mum's birthday weekend. We were all very impressed by how clean and well decorated the flat was as well as it's superb location a short walk to the city centre, train/bus station and local amenities. Despite being in the city centre the flat was very quiet (located on a no through road) and parking was not troublesome at all. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and good quality toiletries etc are included in the bathrooms - a nice bonus! All in all would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed here once again visiting for the Rugby. The apartment is in a great location, clean and well equipped. The bed is so comfortable and the area is peaceful, the large Sainsbury's opposite was handy for supplies.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment on 1st floor. Definitely not luxury - more like a student flat. Sofa filthy, pots and pans unusable and level of finish dreadful. Somebody had taken a building with beautiful period features and butchered it

The apartment is in the best position and within walking distance to a supermarket and also the Roman Baths which are fantastic.

We did the hop on hop off city tour and also the countryside tour. It's the best way of seeing most of Bath.

Bath is really a lovely city to visit and would suggest these apartments to anyone. They are very clean and Louise the host is very obliging.
