The from £700 price is for rental of the whole property at weekends. Individual rooms are also available here during the week. We stayed on the top floor of the annexe and were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. The bathroom, although not en-suite, was next door to our room and a curtain across the corridor ensured our privacy. The bathroom was huge, with twin sinks and a large shower, all spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and we had the use of a kitchen, with fresh milk in the fridge, so that we could make ourselves a drink at any time. The location was great and Anne could not have been more helpful or friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

My partner and I spent a lovely couple of nights here. Anne is a great host who can't do enough to make your stay just right. We initially booked into a room with a shared bathroom on the top floor. The room was lovely and the bathoom great. Although I was initially a little unsure about sharing a bathroom there were no issues whatsoever and we didn't see the other couple who had access to it. Our neighbours were up for a later night than us and when we mentioned it to Anne the following morning she immediately moved us to a room in the basement. The bed was sooo comfy and the room had it own bathroom that was just amazing.
The continental breakfast was pleasant and Anne's local knowledge was a help to us. The guest house has some lovely original features although there was the odd creak and squeak which should be expected with a property of this age - this wouldn't put us off staying again.
The location is perfect for walking into the city and to local resturants and bars and being able to park outside was an added bonus.
I stayed here for 1 night with my mum and sister. The welcome was fantastic from the moment we arrived. A fresh pot of tea was brought to the room and they offered to change the double into 2 singles even though I hadn't previously requested this which was great. We were celebrating my 30th birthday and had a lovely surprise bottle of proseco brought to the room while we were getting ready to go out, a lovely personal touch which was much appreciated . Location is fantastic for the city. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in this lovely newly redecorated house for 2 nights. The location could not have been better. A quiet little street in the middle of everything you would like to visit in Bath. The house looks beautiful and is very clean. Anne is very welcoming to her guests. She serves a continental breakfast which is fine. We could even park our car in front of the house with a permit from the house. Thank you Anne for taking good care of us.
14 of us girlies stayed at Trim Street house for my sisters Hen party. The house was the perfect size for a large group with enough bathrooms to enable 14 girls to get ready!!!!! The location was fantastic as it was right in the centre and everywhere was within walking distance meaning that members of the group could nip bak to the house whenever they needed to. Anne was really helpful getting us all parked and showing us where to park (it was a bit tricky) but once we had got parked it was fine and Anne was a great help.
The house was clean and the facilities were great. A great base to explore beautiful Bath.
