Amazed at how well the Quayside has been revamped...lived here in the 80s and first time back. Beautiful bridges, tastefully restored building's, nice bars and restaurants and even a "beach" for the children. Well done Newcastle!

Called in this pub/restaurant for a drink and a chat with colleagues, following a day’s work in the area. The facilities were nice and clean, and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It is definitely a place to have a pleasant night out without being overly priced.

The buildings have been cleaned up, the noisy bars and their clientelle have been calmed. This has become a good family visit staple of Newcastle. Nicely lit up at night.
