The owners ware friendly and accommodating, our room was clean and in good decorative order. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The furniture was a bit dated being 80s pine, but still in a reasonable condition. The en-suite was large and all fixtures and fittings were clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent value and cooked to order. A real plus was the off road parking and the close proximity of several pubs and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of October and found this B&B very welcoming. There is plenty free parking and lots of nice pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfy, with more storage space than you normally get at a B&B plus armchairs & a really good TV. We had a room on the ground floor with french windows to the garden. The en suite was also a good size, with a lovely big shower cubicle. The lady was very friendly and gave us advice on where to eat, cab numbers & directions etc.The breakfasts were quite delicious and served in a charming atmosphere, with home made bread and marmalade. It was a real treat to stay there and a great base for exploring the area. We were sorry to leave and will certainy stay again in future

Room Tip: AS ex smokers, we woud recommend Room 2 to smokers as there is access to the garden through french windows

We only spent one night here - and we had to arrive after 8pm - but what a delightful B&B. We had room 2 on the ground floor which was really comfortable and quiet. We really liked the fresh milk and bottled water which was available. A good night's sleep and a good breakfast. Recommended.

Nothing too much trouble at this B&B. Lots of little nice touches. Fresh milk and bottles of water in the fridge on the landing. Also given list of local restaurants with discounts off some. A lovely breakfast too.
Will stay there again.

Thank you so much for your lovely review on Trip Advisor.
It was a great pleasure to meet you and we are so pleased that you enjoyed your visit to Victoria Lodge. Your positive feedback is really appreciated. Many guests comment on the 'little touches' we provide - so much nicer to have fresh milk and chilled bottled water available complimentary. We are pleased you would love to stay here again and we do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you very soon.
Best wishes
Marilyn

We spent our anniversary weekend at Victoria Lodge and it fully lived up to our expectations based on previous reviews. Our room (no.1 on the ground floor) was very comfortable and traffic noise was kept to a minimum by the double glazing. The free milk and water from the first floor fridge was a real bonus and breakfast was beautifully cooked.

Marilyn made our stay memorable with her tips on places to eat (often with discounts!), and the location next to bus stops for Leamington, Warwick and Coventry
coudn't be bettered. We will hope to stay again in the future.
