I recently had dinner here as part of a group of 7. The location is nice, on a balcony overlooking the shopping centre.
The food on the menu here is mostly cicchetti, which are small/side dishes akin to Spanish tapas. I tried 4 of my own and pieces of other people's. Personally I would recommend the monkfish, arancini and meatballs.
The staff were all very attentive and good natured, they also all seemed to be Italian (judging by the dialogue) of one generation or another, which tends to add a bit of authenticity and peace of mind that you are ordering food from people who know what they are doing.
We visited on a Saturday at around 6pm but even though it was fairly busy we didn't wait long for anything. My last cicchetto didn't arrive for a short while so I asked the waiter and it was on the table in a couple of minutes.
I'll definitely be using this again when visiting the Bullring.
