The minute we walked into the hotel, we are welcomed by two friendly staff members, Jordan and Onrai, who had checked us in smoothly and efficiently, by giving us all the information that we needed. Jordan was very helpful as he had informed us where the Jam House was, and double checked if we needed anything for the night, Onrai had aided me with extra necessities by bringing the ironing board to the room and bringing extra towels.
The room itself was beautifully kept and very clean, which I understood was done by Claire and her housekeeping team which I had met in the morning, whom were very cheerful and happy for the morning.
When we had arrived back from the Jam House, a night staff member, Shahied was very friendly and was happy to assist. He was happy to make a hot water bottle, late in the night, and then make extra room keys when we had needed it.
Breakfast was good, again the staff: Bert, Rose and Natalie were lovely. Check out was also very easily done, I would recommend this hotel, as the staff as a whole made the visit wonderful as well making us feel like home. Also, would recommend the Jam House as it was a great evening with friends. Thank You to all the staff.

This hotel is comfortable and great value for money. £49 for a nights stay and breakfast is great value for a city central hotel. Rooms are basic but comfortable and just a short walk to town. One criticism is their is no parking other than road parking and it can work out expensive with limited space

Nice hotel, clean common areas, clean rooms. Uncomfortable beds and I requested cot bedding in the evening which didn't turn up - baby fell asleep and I had to lay her on a blanket. Breakfast was nice.

Great location for shopping and arena. Easy to reach. Cheap overnight parking although secured would have been nice. Room was comfortable and no less, No more than expected. Breakfast was hot with plenty of choice.
