The cottage was beautiful, very well equipped, even toilet rolls and washing up liquid in the kitchen on arrival and milk and biscuits awaiting us. The cottage is set amongst beautiful scenery. You can see for miles across the hills and valleys. I loved the owners dogs, Molly, the golden lab, and Lucy and Barney the two scottish border terriers. They were so friendly. Our kitchen overlooked the horses and stables so very much in touch with nature. The weather was very kind to us, beautiful sunshine the whole time. A very good location to visit the local villages, Haworth and Skipton. Grassington village is a must, so pretty and plenty of cafes. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage.

Sadly we only had a couple of days in this very cosy cottage,we didn't want to leave.Comfy bed,a nice warm cottage with full central heating.Fab kitchen, even got a washing machine. The views are something else, and if you love horses this is for you.I'm sure we shall return, with family/friends next time.Thank you Stewart and Ann.
We chose stable cottage as our tranquil away from it all accomodation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were visiting Bronte country to attend the 1940's weekend in Howarth. We had the best of both worlds the peaceful countryside setting of the cottage, and busy Howarth which felt like we had gone back in time with all the vintage stalls, singing and jiving from the 40's era. We had a fabulous time and Ann and Stuart could not do enough for us, beautiful setting with horses and dogs on your doorstep, just lovely.
The cottage is exactly as pictured. It is comfortable, clean, well equipped and cosy. Anne and Stewart Pickles could not have been more helpful, with Stewart even organising a taxi for us to attend a wedding on Bradford. Good walking from the door. Excellent local pub a 10 minute walk away with great food and beer, we even returned for a second night. Highly recommend.
Having moved abroad, my family and I returned to Yorkshire for Christmas and we could not have been more comfortable than at True Well Hall. The surrounding scenery is stunning but only a five minute drive from local amenities. The cottage itself is comfortable and cosy and the hosts, Anne and Stuart, were so friendly and welcoming that their warmness overcame the harsh English Winter weather. I would definitely recommend this property and will be returning in the future.
