Once again we had a lovely lunch at The Balcony Cafe. The soup is always delicious and our Halloween cup cakes were great fun and tasty!

Friendly staff, clean and tidy and it's a beautiful setting. Prices are very reasonable and the food is always good.

I have been in Worcester town on my lunch break a few times and this time was lucky enough to come across this a gem. Set inside the museum, The Balcony Café, surrounded by beautiful paintings and the building structures all to be enjoyed whilst eating the most delicious lunch I think I've ever had!! I was first met by friendly staff who served me with a smile :), which I do find hard to come by recently.... I ordered the home made celeriac, sage and bacon soup with bread, and might I say it was sooooo full of flavour, I 've never tasted anything so delicious in my life! After such a tasty soup I thought to myself.. well I suppose I should try the home made cake, which was classic Victoria sponge and well, I was in heaven, I could of eaten the whole cake! :). The chefs at this place must be amazing and the waiting staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful café with friends and family. An absolute delight!!!

My parents and I visited the museum in order to view the wonderful pharmacy, which is only open on the first Tuesday of the month. At lunch-time, we took advantage of the welcoming atmosphere of The Balcony Cafe, where it was a real pleasure to tuck into bowls of warming homemade potato and leek and roast tomato and pepper soups. My father's panini oozed cheese with tangy sundried tomatoes. It was lovely to see that as many of the ingredients as possible were locally sourced. We shall definitely be visiting again as our meals were not only good value but also served with a smile with tips given on how to replicate that wonderful potato and leek soup at home. Thank you.

I went to the museum to take my children during the holidays with our original plans to grab lunch in town until we spotted the menu for The Balcony. An unexpected delightful meal in a tranquil setting. Great for all the family!
