“Fab cottage in a brilliant location.”

Fab place, very comfortable, superbly stocked kitchen. Lovely touch of milk spread and welsh cakes left in the fridge for us. It was really like being in your own home. Only 2 little things, there was not a hair dryer and the DVD player wouldn't work. But like I said a minor couple things.

Everyone one in the family and all ours friends are queuing up to rent it.

Thank you so much for your review. Many apologies for lack of hair dryer and the malfunctioning DVD player. The hair dryer has been replaced and the DVD player just had a faulty connection but is now working.

Kind regards

“Nothing to fault”
Reviewed 5 November 2014 for a stay in October 2014

We stay at Ty Pinc for October half term with our 2 young boys. What a fabulous house? It was a real home from home. Good quality furnishings, a large flat screen TV, Dvd, CDs and books. The kitchen was extremely well equipped - plenty of crockery and glass wear - all good quality. The bedrooms were large with lovely linen and the bathroom very clean and fresh with its nautical theme.
The back garden was lovely. Unfortunately didn't really have the weather but would be beautiful in the summer to sit outside at the table or on the sun loungers just admiring the view of the mountains!
The location couldn't be better. Plenty of parking outside the cottage and the town was a 3-4 minute walk away. The boys loved the fact we had a cinema at the top of the road! Abergavenny itself is a lovely town - the gastronomic capital of Wales. Plenty of places to eat in the town - both eat in and take out and plenty in the surrounding area. We would recommend the Angel Hotel and The Codfather in Abergavenny and the Hardwick and Walnut Tree further afield.
Will definitely be back.

“Comfortable and conveniently located home in Abergavenny”
Reviewed 17 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

A welcoming and well-equipped home in centre of Abergavenny. Ideal location with main high street directly at the end of the road, so market, shops, cafés etc all on doorstep. Easy access to main road too if driving to visit sights or go walking further afield. Lovely views of the Blorage hill from the garden patio. We enjoyed a relaxing week holiday with our 9 month old. Owner was friendly, helpful and efficient throughout booking process.
