Henrique and Jo were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble and the service was excellent. We booked two family rooms and a double to take our two grandsons for a 3 day stay and everyone adored the rooms that were decorated in a quirky individual style and everything that you required was on hand.
Breakfast was delightful and served piping hot.... and my grandson said that Henrique's breakfast were the best (usually cooked by Jo)
The location was excellent! The hotel had its own car park which was brilliant. Just a short walk into beautiful Conwy and depending which room you had you had a view of the castle.
The family consisted of 6 adults and two children and we all love the hotel and will definitely return again.

Very nice place with great owners, good breakfasts, and nice rooms in a big, old house that's been converted to a hotel. Very well situated to visit the town and/or Conwy Castle. Two warnings: finding the hotel parking lot, even though it's right across the street from the castle, seems to be a problem with most GPS devices. We wandered all over the place before finding it almost by accident. Just below the hotel is one of the public parking lots for the town/castle. You have to enter that lot, then go all the way thru it almost to the back, then turn left (uphill) into their small lot. Out on the street there is only a small sign noting that this lot is where one needs to enter to get to the hotel--so small that we missed it at least twice. Also, the hotel is on the side of a hill and it's a climb to get up to the front door. All in all, definitely worth staying here if you are in the area.

This was my favorite hotel on our trip. A charming hotel in an ideal location: just outside the ancient city walls, so quiet, yet everything in town is a short walk away. We had room 8, a triple room. It's a garret room, with a great view of the castle. The beds were a bit old, but that was our only complain. The proprieter was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked well. Breakfast was generous and excellent. The hotel includes a nice lounge where we spent some evening time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is free (go through the paid public parking and turn left/up hill to get to it).

I love visiting Jo, Henrique & Ruby's gorgeous hotel..in Room 9 with stunning view across the estuary.
Delicious cooked breakfast with oodles of fresh coffee and smiles from Henrique..
Even though I arrived last night in a thunderstorm, warm and cosy in this delightful Georgian hotel.
I'll be back very soon.
