“Excellent apartment”
Reviewed 27 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Lovely apartment, very clean, warm and one of the best equipped apartments we have stayed in. Michael and Tracy have thought of everything to make your stay there comfortable whether its for two days or two weeks. An excellent range of kitchen equipment, a very large comfortable bed, loads of suggestions for walks with books and maps and where to shop and eat. If we return to the area for a visit it will be our No1 place to stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Very warm welcome from Michael and Tracy.

“Absolutely perfect”
Reviewed 13 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

This is a set of lovely apartments in an amazing location, 20 mins walk from the centre of Betws-y-Coed and half an hour's drive from Snowdon. Tracy and Michael were the friendliest, most down-to-earth couple and made sure we were completely happy and comfortable. The apartment was well-furnished with everything we could have needed, it was warm and well-lit and had a lovely view outside.

We are looking forward to coming back again soon! 6 days is not enough to do everything (Snowdonia Surf, Snowdonia Riding Stables, climbing Mt.Snowdon, Zip World Caverns and Bounce Below, Swallow Falls, Conwy, Caernarfon, the Steam Trains, seeing the local area and having a hike around plus more!) After staying here I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

P.S try to find Tracy and Michael's details to contact them direct!

“Excellent, comfortable accommodation”
Reviewed 10 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We stayed for 5 nights, the accommodation was clean, well equipped, airy and extremely comfortable. An ideal central base for exploring Snowdonia, and the weather was great too, an added bonus.
Michael met us upon arrival and explained all that we needed to know about the accommodation and what to see, visit and where to eat. Nothing was to much trouble. Thought it a nice touch that when I phoned to say we were leaving at the end of our stay, that he wanted us to hold on so he could come and say goodbye in person and wish a safe journey home. Would recommend this accommodation and would definitely visit again.

“Character property in a Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.”
Reviewed 15 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Lovely tastefully decorated character property in a fantastic location close to so many different types of activites and tours. This is in the middle of "World Heritage" listed Snowdonia and it delivers. This area of Wales and Snowdonia should not be missed.
A week's stay was not long enough there is so much to see and do.

“Great apartments, perfect location ”

The apartment was amazing. It is a one bedroom however it was very roomy. Had everything you could possibly need. The owners really have thought of everything equipment wise. The place looked brand new. Everything looked like it had never been used at all which is a real credit to the cleaning standard. The apartment looked stunning and felt very homely.
The location is just outside town making it a perfectly quite location with a view of the hills, forests and river but within a very short walk to the centre of town and easy access on foot to some local walks including the fairy glen which is right behind the building. Also the building is very close to bigger attractions like the slate mine which does underground tours, zip world and
Bounce below. A short drive to beaches, castles, quirky Welsh towns, the mountain railway and all the adventure activities.
The owners met us on arrival. Had a vast knowledge of the local area, activities and what to do, where to eat ect. We had a great introduction to the area by them. They made sure we had everything we needed and were on hand to help if needed for anything.
