Typical weatherspoons. Half decent food. Good portion sizes and all at a reasonable cost. Clean and tidy pub, friendly staff. Love the new app which saves queuing at the bar aswell.

Good friendly service and good food. Location is lovely and has been well refurbished from the original hotel. Deserts are moorish and great portions. So good we went a few times while visiting.

After a lovely trip along the canal, . We called in for a late lunch. They had a good choice of dishes on the menu. I had the smothered chicken and chips, my husband had the curry, onion baghii and Naan bread . The onion baghi's looked very well done, but was told they were delicious. It is a very reasonable priced Witherspoons, with great prices for family. It was very busy, as many of the tables hadn't been cleared. But the young man who served us, was very pleasant. And there wasn't a long wait for the meals.
