Attended conference whilst main museum closed. Marvellous venue.
Shockingly bad tea and coffee - undrinkable.
Food average. Service not impressive.
Museum seriously need to reconsider their catering contract.

I thought London was fabulous, until I visited Cardiff, but some of the display cabinets could have been better illuminated, quite dark in places...apart from that smashing, will go back...well posted with cafes, toilets etc....

Visited with friends, one in a Wheelchair. The staff were on hand to help with Wheelchair access.
All the staff were friendly, polite, happy and accommodating to our needs.
The Museum has a wonderful atmosphere and has many exhibits of great interest for all ages to see.
I noticed there are things to do and interactive sections for the younger visitor. This is certainly a wonderful place to visit and inside such a lovely building.

Lovely museum/gallery not far from the castle. Free entry with lockers and a cash machine, baby changing, cafe and shop. Downstairs is natural history with an excellent guide through time from the beginning of the earth to dinosaurs- good for kids and interactive. Upstairs is the art gallery and sculptures, something for everyone including Money, Cezanne and Renoir. Well worth a visit.
