We stayed here on a Sunday night in May in two rooms - double for my wife and I and a family room for our two daughters. Being a Sunday night we got a very good rate and check in staff were very helpful - I had booked a double for my two daughters but check in staff helpfully changed this to a family room so that they could each have a separate bed at no extra cost.

Clean good value for money and right in the centre of Aberdeen. We parked our car overnight at the car park near the railway station at a cost of 15 pounds.

Would stay again.

The room was at a great price with a privit bathroom and pocket sprung bed. Very quit in room 312 and worth a sleep. . . Even if the TV only had 4-5 channels on it. Although when you are there to show your friend around Aberdeen, it dose not really matter.

Nice hotel brilliant staff clean and tidy hotel well worth the stay. Central location perfect location for shopping as it's a 5 minute walk from union square. Only downside I found was you could hear next doors shower and every time they flushed the loo, loud vibrations would come through

Very comfortable rooms, exceptional bathrooms, beds are generous for a restful sleep. The Hotel Staff is friendly and good advisers at all times. For a tourist that arriving from continental Europe, nicely flight of the seagulls is welcome in the surroundings. Located in the heart of the Old Aberdeen. You can get all around anywhere, anytime. Here you can review the Great Scotland's History. Perfect services. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Higher floors have fewer noise influences. The East is brighter. It is not recommended to feed the seagulls.

Friendly and helpful staff, good room size, and a reasonable breakfast. Central location is useful for shopping or city centre businesses, but the downside is the noise. Rooms do not have aircon, although a fan was provided. During warm weather with the windows partly open, you hear every train coming into the mainline station through the night. That, together with traffic noise, and rowdy drinkers from local pubs/clubs can make getting a peaceful nights sleep almost impossible.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room on a high floor, away from the railway line.
