This is a really nice place that we discovered while walking back from Arthur's Seat.

The place is great and the service as well. Don't forget to try their sweet potato fries.

Thank Carlos T

Having searched around for somewhere to enjoy a nice craft beer and a burger, this place seems to meet my needs and was close to my hotel.

The beer choice was good and there is a wide selection of burgers. I chose a chili burger which turned up surprisingly quickly. The toppings were okay but not as hot as advertised and the flavours competed too much with each other and were not well balanced. The burger itself was well done but had no real char to it and lacked seasoning. The fries were good.

I also had the beer ice-cream and donuts with warm chocolate sauce. Although there isn't a strong beer flavour to the ice-cream, it was very good and a nice pudding to end on.

The service was very prompt and friendly.

I'm not a very big fan of burgers but here they are good! Very good! We especially enjoy the crunchy sweet-potato chips but also their hand-cut potato chips are good, especially if seasoned with their peppered salt. The burgers come in a tasty brioche bun and gherkins and most condiments are home-made. My partner also enjoys the great selection of beers! The portions are so big we never had the chance to try their desserts, but we certainly look forward to!

Our family of 5 recently ate dinner here after an afternoon of touring and whisky tasting. There is something for everyone on the menu to eat. The burgers were tasty (including the veggie burger) as were the beers. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Our server(s) were attentive as well. A nice evening!
