This is a superb little guest house half way between the airport and the city centre. The Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is great and the room was clean and fresh. Would certainly stay again.

This guest house was a real find. We had trouble booking for Edinburgh even though it was quite a while ago and were initially concerned that it was a long way out but it really didn't matter. We left our car there and got the bus over the road straight to city centre- only £1.60. Room excellent and breakfasts delicious. One of the most helpful room info guides I have had. We ate at two of the recommended restaurants- both within walking distance. Owners had also explained which bus to get etc. would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Room Tip: We had an upstairs room on the back.

The owners were really kind and friendly, the room was nice and clean. Maybe a little to far from historical city centre, but on the other hand close to the airport. However, we like to walk and thus walked from city centre back home. It took us one hour but it was worth doing it, as we saw a lot of things you can't see from the bus. I would certainly recommend this guest house to other travellers!

Noisy room on front of the road and uncomfortable mattress despite the efficient service. Very close to the airport but the permanent noise of the traffic disturbs during the night.
Very good breakfast and nice owner of the house

Fantastic Scottish welcome. Easy to get to from Edinburgh centre bus drops you off right beside it. Room very comfortable with amenities. Had an early flight and hosts were very good at checking us out at 5.30am, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use again.

Room Tip: Lovely room, comfortable and clean.
