“Lovely flat with a great location”
Reviewed 21 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

This flat exceeded our expectations for a mini-break in Edinburgh.

Right in the heart of the Old Town, with views of the castle, a 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Grassmarket, round the corner from the theatre and comfortably walkable from Waverly station.

Inside it was also a lot bigger than expected - with a huge kitchen diner (with all the crockery and cookware you could need + fridge, freezer, microwave, full oven, dishwasher and washing machine), big living room with comfy couch and chairs and good-sized bedroom too boot.

The guide was informative and helpful and all our communications with the owners were friendly and helpful.

Overall, great place to stay in the city - I'd heartily recommend it.

“Great space, convenient location”
Reviewed 23 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

I enjoyed 23 Cordiner's Land immensely. It was an amazing place to enjoy the pre-referendum vibe, close in to the castle and Old Town sites, easy access to Princes Street Gardens and New Town. Lots of space and great light. Access to laundry was useful after returning from a roadtrip through the Highlands. Highly recommended.

Liked best: Light, space. Enjoyed the stairs and quietness of the courtyard. Spying the castle out the window.
Liked least: Slight mildew smell, combatted during my stay by available bleach to shower curtain

“Great location, excellently kitted out and surprisingly roomy'”
Reviewed 26 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

The apartment is extremely central for Old Town Edinburgh and the Festival which is what we wanted. It was furnished in modern style and there was even milk in the fridge for us when we arrived. If you went with very good friends or family, there is a lot of room in the lounge for an extra bed or two. We had a great view of the fireworks from the Tattoo up at the castle. No parking though!
