Visited after a large sporting event locally, 3 adults and 3 children.
On arriving we saw a massive double height conveyor belt. A gentleman gave us a friendly welcome, showed us to our seats, took the drink order and explained the process.
I really liked the idea of the food being on individual plates on the conveyor belt behind a clear screen, I feel that's far more hygienic than an open buffet, where spoons can be misplaced, and obvious hygiene issues with being wide open to all.
The first storey of the conveyor was chilled food, great selection and all looked fresh and tasty, items like seaweed salad, various types sushi, fruit salad, deserts. Etc. Sushi was delicious.
The second storey was heated and also had an array of dishes, various spring rolls, salt and pepper wings, honey and whiskey wings, Peking ribs, bbq ribs, noodles, rice, chips, kung po beef, char Sui pork, curry, lemon chicken, duck.... so many more! Fantastic choice! All in little individual plates with protective clear dome covers.
Everything we had was lovely.
The children and adults alike were happy with the ice cream machine and chocolate fountain.
On paying for the bill we discovered no machine!! I was very embarrassed, particularly as there's a sign but I hadn't noticed it. The gentleman was really good about it, very understanding and even showing me outside where the nearest machine was. (Not from the area).
Overall we will definitely visit again, great food, friendly staff and much prefer this more hygienic concept of buffet eating!
