Trying to write this review and I have no words to describe this experience .
Without doubt though it’s the greatest hotel stay of my life .
The setting is unrivalled of course ,but from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave we were made to feel like the most important people on the planet from ever member of staff .
This really will be two days that will live with me for the rest of my life .
Thank you is not enough and we wish we could show our gratitude to each and every member of the team at the Rusacks . They are an absolute credit to themselves and Seamus.
Maybe one day we’ll be lucky enough to return but until then ..Rusacks you’re amazing .

Service - The dining & cleaning staff were good. The reservations team, front of house, and management were extremely poor (minus Micheala). We had never-ending issues - impossible to speak with the same person twice (or even at all, as no one answers/calls get hung up etc.), miscommunication, last minute changes to our booking, incorrect billing...the list in endless. A formal complaint has been logged/would not return, or recommend, purely for this reason. Keep all your own communication, as you get bounced from pillar to post.

- Very clean
- Good location
- Nice rooms
- Good sleep

Poor value for money, there are nice hotels at the same price point that won’t leave you stressed, out of pocket and with 40 hours of your life down the draining dealing with their errors.

Dear JM199222,

Thank you for your genuine & informative review which my team and i very much appreciate. I was delighted to learn that you found our hotel to very clean, our location was to your liking with nice rooms and you had a pleasant sleep. However, I was most disappointed to learn that other points you have mentioned and these have been shared with my senior management team to ensure such scenarios do not reoccur in the future and please accept our sincere apologies for any frustration or inconvenience you suffered as a result. I am aware Michaela spent a considerable amount of time prior to you and your friends arrival ensuring all your group received very nice & spacious course view rooms & prosecco on arrival with our compliments along with credits for all your group to be used in bar & restaurants. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies and thank you for bringing this matter to my attention,

Best wishes

From the moment we entered the hotel we knew it was going to be an excellent weekend. The staff were lovely. Our room was gorgeous. We dined in No 18 fine dining restaurant. The food was exceptional. Our bed was so comfortable. Breakfast in The bridge restaurant was delicious. I had the homemade granola with toasted nuts, followed by sourdough toast with avocado . and poached eggs. Fabulous hotel. If you are thinking of going, you won’t be disappointed.

Always wanted to stay at this hotel but don’t think I would return … a distinct lack of attention to detail for the prices that are being charged … especially at breakfast. However room was lovely and bed super comfy

Top quality hotel with wonderful view along coast. Food very good and reasonable priced in Bridge restaurant. Super King bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very efficient and pleasant staff. There is little car parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but free parking including overnight is available at West Sands 7 mns. walk away.
