Whilst in search for accommodation for the 2022/23 academic year, the No.1 Apartments has been extremely supportive. The room they have offered has also been very comfortable and has a lot of privacy, as my room is not located right across the street and the Student Union. The service from the housekeeping team is also very nice and very professional. Most of all, many thanks to Mr. Dawid Tutak, the General Manager. He has been extremely caring in terms of our stay, and he has provided a lot of support whilst I was on Christmas break back to Taiwan, as well as sorting out matters for my upcoming stage for the 2023/24 academic year. I enjoyed my stay for the 2022/23 academic year at the No.1 Apartments St, Mary's Place, and am looking forward to my return for the 2023/24 academic year!

Just back from a fabulous stay at No1 Apartments St Mary's Place and couldn't fault a single thing! The location is perfect, right on the main street with everything on your doorstep. We visited Mitchells for some lunch shortly after arriving and used the 10% off card which was in the welcome basket, such a great touch!
The amenities within the apartment were fab, the kitchen has everything you needed and the bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely surprise we received for booking direct.
We made dinner and full use of the smart TV on the first night as sadly the Scottish weather wasn't it's best but the apartments are so gorgeous you don't want to leave. The rooms were so spacious and the bathrooms luxurious too.
We used the putting green which was great fun and explored the town on our second day, everything was so nearby which was amazing.
Highly recommend a stay at No1 Apartments, they truly have everything you need and the staff couldn't be more helpful, they even gave us a peek at some of the other apartments in the building which look lovely for a future visit. Would recommend to everyone to experience these apartments great for families, friends, couples etc for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The rooms are cozy, spacious and well-decorated, and the location is perfect, it’s really convenient. Most of all, the staff there is helpful and friendly! Absolutely worth trying!

A very centrally located, freshly decorated set of accommodations. The truly memorable part was the General Manager, Dawid Tutak, who single-handedly helped me with a series of unexpected shifting needs and requests. He went above & beyond! Thank you Dawid. I will be back to stay again.
