The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. We had to cancel last minute with our original booking due to unforeseen circumstances but rather rather us lose our booking they accommodated us to book another time. The hotel was clean, modern and in a great location close to the town centre, bars and restaurants.

Firstly there are bars below however Saturday night the noise was over and done with by 11pm I stayed bank holiday weekend and the Sunday was also quiet.
Arrived very early and asked to leave my luggage until check in Rachel did this for me and later that day she also got us checked in early.

Lots of eateries around for all tastes, a short walk from the cities shopping area and a super easy bus ride from Glasgow airport.
I will return if ever in Glasgow again and also recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

This hotel was exactly what my husband and I needed after doing a tour in France. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed extremely comfortable, the bathroom was lovely with a huge bath, kitchenette and lounge, quick check-in, helpful, friendly staff and a guest laundry. Hotel located within an easy walk to the main shopping area and parking was next door.

Nice place, clean and functional. Staff were really nice and accommodating.
One word of warning, some of the suites, particularly on the first floor at directly over a very noisy bar which opens till very late- we needed to swap rooms, which the staff obliged. The hotel needs to work on its sound proofing in some rooms.
My recommendation- go but ask for a room on the upper levels facing away from Trongate. And bring some ear buds!!

We are in a vibrant part of the city. As a result of this, it can be slightly louder at times. With this is mind, we are in the process of upgrading our windows and soundproofing. Due to being a listed building in the city, this is currently an ongoing project with the local council.

We chose the Fraser since it was close to Barrowlands Ballroom. It was more of an apartment than a traditional hotel room.
We loved the facility and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate, but they offered a continental breakfast for a low cost. A real bargain and very tasty.
The room, we had a small suite, was excellent. The bed was cozy and very comfortable. This was the perfect stop to decompress for a couple of days before heading back to the US.
I would highly recommend the Fraser brand and look forward to coming back and checking out other sister hotels on our return trip to Scotland.
