We stayed as a family of 5 plus two grandparents on a mix of business and pleasure.
Firstly, the apartment is huge with all the rooms being much larger than you would expect from the photos with lovely high ceilings. The property is new to market and has been very simply and tastefully decorated and furnished well.
Location wise the apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Botanic gardens and close to good bus and underground links to the city center. I was working on the edge of the center during the stay and could walk it in 25 minutes. Waitrose and Tesco are both a few minutes drive away and there are plenty of local shops and places to eat nearby. The flat itself is in a very quiet location.
The owner is very helpful and attentive making sure that everything was just right for our stay.
As a basement apartment you have to pick your spot for good mobile phone reception but across the three networks the family used we were able to do so.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a Glasgow City break with easy access to Loch Lomond and beyond.
