Small bed and breakfast south of the city center, close to the river Ness, where you can make a nice walk.
The rooms differ strongly. We went with 2 couples. As we asked for a quiet room, we were sent behind in a small room but our fiends had a huge room (30 m2 at least with a burning place nice furnitures and view on the river) and with a much better bathroom on the ground level in front of the breakfast room. As the guests were all quiet our friends were not disturbed. But the risk exists!
Good breakfast as in most of the places in Scotland what we visited.

Room Tip: Room 1 on groundfloor for those who like space but take the risk of noisy late-comers

We only stay here for one night and few things to point out:
-price was £90 per night which for me is almost the price of a nice hotel
-We arrived and just got told which was our room but that's it - nothing about a warm welcome or touristic information about the place
-Internet was extremely poor
-Breakfast was nice
-Room was cold when we arrived

Would stay again? I guess it just depends on the other options and its prices. Always better to try something different!

Lovely, welcoming place. Andrew was full of local information which added to our enjoyment of the trip. Good breakfast, comfy bed, close to fantastic pub {Castle Tavern} with great food and beer. About 50m from the river which had a very pleasant walk along the bank. Also close to pubs wih live music.

Room Tip: No lift so first floor rooms are easier when travelling with luggage

My husband, father in law and myself stayed here last month. The owners Morven and Andrew are just wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were lovely, the room was quite big and comfortable, we had a view of the park which was quite lovely. Would definitely stay there again and recommend that anyone else stay there.

Tell Everyone that this one is the one for an unforgettable stay.
My wife Anne and I had the best sleep in, and a wonderful breakfast filled with lashing of REAL Bacon and Eggs. The view from the First floor road side room was really nice and welcoming. The park across the road was really beautiful with blooming flower beds in stunning red blush. We didn't hear the traffic and wondered if we got up late because it was so quiet. The Sargent Major (Dad) had the best room on the ground floor near the stairs. He said do we want the room but it was too big for us as well. With Hugh bathroom ensuite and wardrobe space. Morvan and Andrew were the best hosts and new about all the history of the area. The pub a short walk down the road was a welcome sight after a drive. Anne an I wish everyone could have a great stay at Moray Park like we had. Five Star Service And Great Company. DO Try . You'll love it. We did. We will book at Moray Park Guest House When ever possible. We are from Australia and travel is no problem but time is.

Room Tip: Both rooms that my wife booked where fantastic in every way. So I would say any room is good.
