We stayed here for one night and were greeted on arrival by Andrew. We were allocated a ground floor room which we had requested. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was and a good sized bathroom. The room looked as though it may have been modified for a person with a disability but suited us nicely. We had a good nights sleep and the room was nice and warm. We did find the internet intermitent and could not get all our emails or search through our browser. The breakfast room was lovely and bright and a good breakfast was served. There is off street parking and the property has lovely gardens and set in very pretty surroundings. Andrew advised us of a couple of restaurants for dinner which were only a few minutes walk away on the river front. We found this a very pleasant B&B with a great location and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly host and great accommodation.

The host was very friendly. The rooms were beautiful and the location was amazing with a view of the Ness River. The beds were small (double) but comfortable. The breakfast window from 8-9 is not adequate and the food itself just ok.

When you are looking for a guest house or B&B, you expect a few things... A comfy bed, a nice room, a good shower in the morning and a great breakfast.

I received all of the above at the Moray Park guest house on a recent one night work trip to Inverness.

The bed was so very comfortable and the bed sheets smelled amazing. The room was great - a sofa, tea/coffee station, tv, well lit and cleaned to perfection. The bathroom was fine and the shower worked really well.

For me, the breakfast was the highlight. There was a good choice of cereals, juices etc but the cooked breakfast for me was divine! It was cooked to perfection and just simply delicious.

If you are walking from the train station, it is more like a 15 minute walk than the 10 minute advertised online.

Also, the Wi-Fi was excellent.

Stayed here for the first part of our trip, excellent hosts spotlessly clean room with all the amenities, great breakfast the next day couldn't have asked for more. Would stay here again no problem. Close to the town center good pub up the road for food called the castle inn which is across the road from Inverness castle...

Stayed for one night. Small ample car park at side of guest house. Useful as parking can be an issue.

It's a good location opposite Eden Court and the metal bridge, it's not right on the river but just a road set back although the view is unrestricted of the river.

Welcomed by the host and advised of where my room was. I was given a double room on the very top floor, a good sized room with a river view. The room had tea and coffee making equipment, TV, hairdryer and ensuite bathroom. As the room was on the top floor there is height restriction as it forms part of the roof area. The ensuite had a small shower. Toilettries and lovely good quality towels provided.

Breakfast served within an hour time period. Good quality food and nicely cooked.

I found my stay to be very nice and I would stay here again if on business
