The hotel is very nice and tidy. The whole stay was rather faultless, the room we had was very clean and well prepared for our arrival and very airy. There wasn't any problem with the room we had whatsoever. There was 3 of us staying and we had a double and single bed, there was enough room for us, albeit the wardrobe was rather small, luckily we were only there for 2 nights so it fitted us well. The bathroom is exceptionally clean and the shower is one of the best ones I've ever used. The only downside about the hotel was the breakfast, there isn't an extensive list to choose from and there isn't much variation on the menu, everything on the menu is really just egg. Other than that, the hotel was great.

We stayed here for one night on a tour of Scotland. Very nice welcome by the owner. Room wasn't huge but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and it had a good shower. The breakfast was a good buffet, no bacon or sausages but plenty of other choices. Great position in Inverness and very good value.

Stayed one night at the start of our NC500 tour, room was very clean, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer. Great location for city centre, only 5 minutes walk over the bridge. Made very welcome by the host.

We spent a night here, good value at £44 for a double room (ensuite). Very clean, very comfy bed. TV / tea making, biccies, shower stuff. Friendly reception from the owners and will be using again if we are in Inverness. Thoroughly recommeded and its central location just ~200m from the footbridge over the river was excellent..

Room Tip: Ours was great, I expect the others are good too.

Needed a place to crash for an early train so decided to book in here. The whole place could do with a bit of a revamp, decor a bit dated & all the white woodwork is in need of a repaint as are the ceilings in bedroom 4.All that aside, the bed linen was clean, the bed surprisingly comfy. Shower wored OK. Double glazed windows kept out any noise. Toiletries provided which is somewhat surprising at the price. TV good, wifi reception excellent. 10 minute slow stroll to the station & town centre & within 5 minutes of a couple of really interesting looking resaurants on the same side of the river as the guest house. Will try them next visit. I don't think I would spend a week here but for one or twwo nights it ticks most of the boxes.
