Became aware of Wineport after a google search for dog friendly restaurants on the day we arrived. Then as fate would have it realised it was actually just round the corner from where we were at Brodick Country Park.
We took a seat in the back area, ordered 2 lovely fresh sandwiches while our dog had 40 winks to recover from walk.
Serves alcohol also.
Large outdoor seating area.
Friendly staff.
Definitely one to revisit

Hi sorry this has taken so long to write about I lost the name of the Wineport Bistro ! We had a free day went to Arran weather was cold but dry and we went for a lovely walk then happened on this Bistro it was busy and welcome was warm ! We took our seat ordered couple of Bowls of Cullen Skink they where fabulous nice bread some fries and couple of drinks the place was buzzing they could have done with a few more tables as there was hungry walkers looking for food but service team did there best and accommodated most of the walk ins it was just a great attitude as everyone was smiling and no one panicked they just kept everyone happy so well done everyone and if you want my advice have the Cullen Skink it's a winner every time so get in early before it's all gone and it's a nice place to visit as they have a wee brewing shop close by and the castle is at the top of the hill ! So thanks for looking after us at the Wineport Bistro highly recommended !

Thank charles p

A bar, bistro and also function place. Close to Brodick, walkable distance to build an appetite!

Nice staff, blackboard menu changes regularly with plenty of choice of local ingredients used. Plenty of outside seating as well as the indoor space which has a nice real fire for the cooler days / nights, dog friendly place with vegan, gluten free and vegetarian choices as well as 'regular' dishes of course.

Popular with walkers, there is a large parking area and on bus route too. Been a couple of times now and good each visit. Well worth calling in!

On cold days a roaring open fire welcomes you to this locally run bistro, the food is wholesome, homemade and delicious. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Located at the Wine it's a popular place for both locals and visitors.

Just what we needed as we returned from a very wet and windy trip up Goat Fell. The food was wonderful and the place has a wonderful friendly feel, perfect to warm up with a hot chocolate and a lovely bite to eat. This was one of the best places we ate whilst on Arran.
