We stayed here for a few days in April and had a lovely welcome from Annette and Rania. The room we had was extremely comfortable, with a huge king size bed. As other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfasts are amazing (and you don't need lunch afterwards!) Loads of choice including cooked options, fresh scones, fresh fruit and yogurt etc. Something for everyone.

Waternish is a few minutes walk from Pitlochry centre, with plenty of car parking. We did the Kilikrankie loop walk and the path goes pretty much straight from the front door.

A lovely B&B, would definitely return if we make it back to Pitlochry again.

Only stayed here for one night while touring Scotland.A very warm welcome. Had the room with a lovely Kingsize bed and ensuite. there are only two rooms here and I am sure my wife and I got the best. Annette was a fantastic host and provided us with everything we wanted even some special hot scones for breakfast that she wrapped up for us to have at morning tea along with all the traditional full breakfast.
The house is at the end of a road so there is plenty of parking right outside the house and a short walk over the swing bridge to the samon poods and the dam. A lovely walk in the morning. The main town and restuarants are about 5 -10 minutes walk away depending on how fast you walk.
I could not fault this place and there are not too many houses(B & B) that just say I am going out just lock the front door when you leave the house. Annette has a lot of trust in the clientele she has for sure.
Oh I forgot to mention her delightful daughter Aimee who was singing in the kitchen while her mum was cooking breakfast for my wife and I.
If you are in this part of the country please check this out.You will not be dissapointed

Room Tip: The King size Bedroom was great

BnB was clean and comfortable . Annette as hostess was delightful and most helpful with our needs and questions. Breakfast was delightfully good!
Location near river gave us a nice morning walk along river. Still it was close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops..

Warm welcome. Immaculate rooms are beautifully furnished and so so comfortable. Guest lounge available when we returned from our trip to the Enchanted Forest. Rena and Annette who own the Waternish were first class hosts and Aimee, 9, (when we discovered she went to country dancing) even performed her sword dance for us when we asked. How cool is that? Well done Aimee!
We were almost reluctant to give this a top review in case it is fully booked any time we want to visit in the future!!! Five minute stroll takes you to the main street in Pitlochry and a short walk across the bridge takes you to the theatre. Location is perfect - just like the hosts and the rooms.
Breakfast - outstanding. Couldn't manage lunch that day! We will visit again. Never given a review as good as this before. Brilliant.

Room Tip: Only two rooms available in this B & B and both are lovely.

Annette and Rana spoiled us during our week's stay. Our hosts were very good company, and give us top class breakfasts, often adding lovely home baking items

Waternish is in a very good site just across the river footbridge from the renowned Pitlochry Festival Theatre, and only a five minute walk from the town, with a wide range of restaurants (we enjoyed every one we visited).
The mountain scenery surrounding Pitlochry is stunning. great countryside to explore and mountains to climb (small ones in our case).

Top tip. If you have a car, on a fine day, drive 2 hours to Rannoch station (in the middle of no-where) to take a 2 hour train via Fort William To Mallaig. Wonderful scenery including the 'Harry Potter' viaduct.
