Highly recommend this B&B. Annette and her mum Rena are lovely and make you very welcome. We had the twin room which was lovely and spacious, lovely ensuite with a large shower and plenty of hot water. Comfy beds, plenty of hanging space and drawers etc. Tea/Coffee in the room. Breakfast was lovely, homemade potato scones and a large variety of choices for breakfast. We also met the lovely Jack (the dog). Plenty of car parking space as down off the main roads, but only takes 5 minutes to walk into the centre of Pitlochry. We felt very relaxed here and would definitely use again.

My friend and I received a warm welcome and were made to feel very much at home by Annette and Rena, not to mention Amy and Jack, the canine member of the family. The B&B is in an ideal, peaceful location just across the river from the Festival Theatre. We stayed in the very comfortable twin room for one night. I can't fault the facilities. Everything was immaculate, with some thoughtful touches such as wine glasses provided alongside the usual tea/coffee making facilities. It was lovely to sit in the conservatory for breakfast (the full works - delicious!). Many thanks for a great stay - highly recommended and excellent value!

Waternish is an excellent B & B, Annette and her mum made us very very welcome, we had the use of the lounge area, conservatory and patio as well as our room. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit, yogurt, freshly baked scones, oat cakes and cheese and of course a choice of cooked breakfast. You did not need lunch at all, very very generous hosts. Placed near the river and opposite the Theatre this B & B is in ideal spot for visiting Pitlochry. We visited Blair Athol Castle, The falls of Bruer, The Fish Ladder, Blair Athol Distillery, Edradour Distillary, Moulin Micro brewery, The weekly highland dancing a pipe bands on the green which is almost next door to Waternish. We ate out at MacKays and The Victoria Bistro.

This B&B is run by the lovely Anette and her Mum, Rena. Superb bedrooms, spacious and extremely clean with excellent en suite facility. The house is lovely. The garden backs on to the river which is also very beautiful. A short walk to the town with its many shops and eating places. We were lucky enough to be there for the Highland Nights which is held on the town's recreation ground which is a 5 minute walk from the B&B. Annette and Rena provided amazing breakfasts with lots of choice. There is a lounge to relax in and a conservatory ( in which we played cards and had a wee dram at night times). The rooms are on ground level (always a bonus). This place really is a little gem and Annette and Rena are doing a grand job - so very friendly and welcoming in a wonderful family environment. Definitely recommend Waternish - we had a lovely time there.

Room Tip: There are two rooms, both ground level, both as good as each other.
