My wife and I stayed here for five nights.
While we chose to walk to and from the city public transport is at the front door.
There are good eating options within a ten minute walk (try L Mulligan Grocer and Grano). Supermarkets are around the corner.
The apartment is well equipped and was presented to us in a spotless state.
This is a beautiful large, light and airy apartment which had everything we needed for our 3-day stay in Dublin. It is located in a lovely area quite close to Phoenix Park but the centre of Dublin is easily accessible by a very frequent reliable bus service, although we walked into Dublin on 2 occasions which only took us 20 minutes. The apartment itself is very spacious and very clean. It has been recently renovated but still retains many of it's lovely victorian features. Liam & Fiona are excellent hosts who provided us with all the information we needed prior to our stay. They also contacted us during our stay to check that we had settled in and to ensure that everything was okay. We couldn't have asked for more and we would certainly stay here again on any future visits to Dublin. Thank you Liam & Fiona.
We stayed in the WB Yeats apartment which is in a building with about 6 other apartments. The space is beautiful with high ceilings, original features but also an updated kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double and a single bed, and the 2 couches in the living room are also beds.Phoenix park is about 8 minutes walk away, a bus to the city centre is right outside, and there is a Tesco and Lidl store within a block. We enjoyed the neighbourhood and glad that some more of the housing is being restored. The rental process was very easy, the owners responsive, and our stay in the apartment was a highlight for the family.
