Hospitality was amazing, absolutely loved the staff, and restaurant staff. 4 stars only because our room was HOT, couldnt ever get it to cool down. But great location, walking distance to all the great tourist spots for Dublin.

We loved our stay here. Very convenient to the bus stops and to what we wanted to see in Dublin, esp if you are a fan of James Joyce or Oscar Wilde. Chris at the front desk got us sorted with transportation and luggage and money. Sandra in the dining hall was lovely to visit with and so welcoming.

Excellent location for Dublin tourists, across from Merrion Square and within walking distance of Trinity College, but away from the noise and traffic. This is an old-fashioned hotel in good condition. Lovely breakfast. Our executive room was large by European standards.

Came to this hotel on Sunday evening we went into the bar for a drink nice area my wife went to the lady's toilets and found them to be in a terrible state paper all over the floor and she said it looked like no staff had cleaned the toilets in hours when she told reception the guy at the desk just gave a nod to her as if sorry but it's not my job.we won't be back thank you.

Perfect location in walking distance to most of city centre Dublin. Tired old rooms, over hot during the summer, on a pretty busy street making an open window less appealing. Nice shower. Service a bit humdrum rather than attentive. Has parking but it was expensive and inconveniently located. Reasonable value for money for central Dublin.
