The apartment was as represented on the web site, comfortable and clean. The location was very central ... a nice stroll down O'Connell Street to the river and across. The hop on, hop off bus stop is only a short distance and we found this a great way to get around the city in the 2 days we had.
Our only complaint was the style of the bed ... the bedroom was very narrow and although comfortable, the bed frame stuck out about 4 inches from the edge of the mattress ... we both had numerous bruises on our shins to prove it! The apartment is in a very secure gated complex so although on the ground level we felt very safe.
We recommend a visit to Monty's of Kathmandu in Temple Bar for a wonderful Nepalese curry and also the Elephant & Castle for a great lunch.

The perfect place to stay if you want to explore Dublin on foot and by public transport (but don't try to find a parking space nearby!). Very quiet and peaceful, in spite of the fact that it's two minutes walk from O'Connell Street. A comfortable, clean and well-equipped flat. We'll be back!

My husband and I stayed for 3 days in apartment in Dublin. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. Bedding and towels (not face clothes) were supplied and the kitchen, although small, was well equipped for those who wish to cook. Renters are responsible for all food items. It is in a very convenient location one block from O'Connell St and looks out on a quiet, gated courtyard. It is a very secure building with a locked exterior gate, two entrance keyed doors plus the keyed apartment door. Liam responded to my emails quickly, explained clearly how to get from the airport to downtown and had someone meet us and show us to the apartment. We would rent again.

We recently chose to rent during our stay in Dublin as opposed to the pricey hotels that are in the city center and at first I was admittedly trepidatious. However, this turned out to be the best decision!! The location is within walking distance of everything: food, shopping, transportation, etc. and the price was really affordable as well. The accommodations were as immaculate and comfortable as they were quiet!! We will definitely plan on staying here the next time we are in Dublin!!
