We stayed in our favourite galway spot and yet again enjoyed it from start to finish. Tea/coffee on arrival dinner in the restaurant was fabulous. Coupled with the never ending breakfast. What not to like also a resident bar for a night cap.

We stayed at the Park House in July. There is parking available in the city carpark next door. We ate dinner in the bar both nights. The staff were so friendly !
The hotel is in a great location, it's close to lots of shops, bar and restaurants. I will definitely be staying there again when I next visit Galway !
From the moment we walked into this hotel we felt welcomed. The staff simply could not be more friendly. The girl on reception was so helpful and friendly but from the bar staff to the restaurant staff it was exactly the same. The room was fresh and clean with all the usual amenities. Covid protocol was adhered to without being overbearing unlike other hotels we have stayed in. We had dinner in the restaurant, the starter and desert were wonderful but the main course of chicken maryland was rather bland, I got over this because everything else was so good. We stayed one night and found this hotel to be a most wonderful relaxing experience and although it was our first time staying here, hopefully it won't be our last. Highly recommended.
This is a lovely hotel with a great location right onto Eyre Square. The stay was throughly enjoyable and we could not find anything to fault! One particular staff member Imre really went above and beyond for us and was very attentive and offered his recommendations and expertise on different drink choices etc. Thank you Imre!
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world, but I've never come across a better run one than Park House. Every need was met with excellence, with an owner on the ground making sure that the well oiled machine delivers time after time.
The restaurant is the jewel in the crown and is run like a military operation, I was in awe after many years of witnessing global chain mediocraty.
If you want to see how a restaurant should be run, visit and you will see a master class in operation, that delivers exemplary food , exceptional service and wines at fair prices.
It was revealing to see fellow guests so relaxed and so at home, just like us.

We stayed here on 4th July for 2 nights. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff really went out of the way to make our stay perfect. From breakfast staff to dinner staff they were all great. The food was excellent and presented brilliantly. The seafood chowder was fab. Free parking is a great touch in a city also. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
