This hotel is the best hotel i have stayed in galway by far . The staff are so welcoming and helpful all the time especially Bruno on reception . The hotel is well cleaned and dining and bar area are excellent to relax and eat and drink . Defo booking to come back soon this year .More

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. The staff were overall very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first evening which was lovely- would return for dinner.
The room however had very stained carpet and the bath had lots of scrathes/indents so a bath wasn't possible.
We were informed the TV's were new to explain why the connections particular with netflix weren't working properly. Facilities did fix this for us on out first day but the problems came back within a few hours.
The hotel is in a fantastic location and the rooms were very clean. The service however was very poor and the staff seemed inexperienced and under pressure. Even though the service was shocking the staff were very friendly and did try and accommodate us as much as they could. Would have been nice to have a different menu for lunch. It was the same menu for lunch and dinner and we were dining there for both

There was an issue with our reservation date on the hotels computer system which caused quite a bit of delay and uncertainty at check-in. However it was resolved to our satisfaction. Room was
nice. Everything was clean. Service was a little slow in the restaurant and cocktail menu was changed after we had ordered.
Such a amazing location.
Rooms are so nice and clean and the showers are amazing .
Could not recommend more !
Such good value for money .
The yard does lovely food and the cocktails are defo worth a try .
Will definitely be back.
