Superb location. Nice hotel - upgrades needed to some areas. Fabulous staff - really friendly and eager to help. The wing room we stayed in was average sized and very warm. These rooms do not have aircon (don't know about other rooms). Noisy form early morning with buses idling in the train station next door, traffic noise and bottles being disposed of

This hotel is excellent in every way. It’s staff provide a real Irish welcome and their level of service and helpfulness makes this hotel stand out. The decor, bedrooms and bar areas are spotless and very decadent. The food is beautiful, we ate in the restrurant and bar and the food and prompt service was excellent. Can’t speak highly enough of my stay here, a fab hotel.

Arrived here on our mini moon to break up the journey to Donegal from Kerry. Ok arrival our room was ready. Staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and very roomy we were booked into a suite which over looked the square. The bathroom was very dated and appeared a bit grubby my husband and I were not keen on using the bathroom. Food was ok in restaurant, I have stayed in other 4 star hotels and would recommend them over the Hardiman , great location and I would say this hotel is great if your not spending to long there.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the food for dinner was outstanding and the entire hotel was spotless! We stayed in the deluxe suite and for space alone it was worth the extra money. We will be returning!
