We booked this last minute as we were attend A funeral locally. 3 bed house was booked.
As we got delayed travelling down we called the main reception and informed them of this as reception closes at 6pm and they told us where our keys would be left.
I had called after the booking was made and asked could the heat be turned on Prior to our arrival as we were travelling with a new born baby.
When we arrived the house was warm, and they had left a travel cot for the baby free of charge.
All in all fantastic houses that can be rented out for families.
Can't wait to go back.

We arrived at Banna beach resort in the evening. The woman at reception was lovely and friendly, the pool looked nice. Seemed very quiet.

The houses look pretty awful from outside, drab, not painted, weather stained. Inside they are really lovely, very modern and spotless. Highchair, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, tv, DVD player, travel cot all there.
No scrubbing brush, dishwasher tablets, soap, hand towels in the bathrooms. Everywhere else I've ever stayed has had the bare essentials, not this place.

We paid just over €300 between 4 of us, not too bad at all. I wouldn't pay more though as it was around €25 in a taxi to get to Tralee. Nothing to do in Banna apart from the beach which is beautiful. The pub in the resort was dead when I went, it was like a ghost town.
The pool is great, stayed open until 10pm which was very handy. The jacuzzi is great too.

All in all we enjoyed ourselves, it was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

A superb location consisting of 3 bedroom detached cottages that are well spaced out. The accommodation was excellent - Clean, spacious and a right home away from home. Leisure facilities were great, but the changing rooms could do with a deep cleanse. Bar was great and the warm welcome from the bar staff really made the difference to our weekend. The only down side was we flew over and got a taxi from the airport, so were very limited when it came to eating as it was out of peak season (so limited stock in the shop) and no where local you could walk to... but the pizza in the bar helped with that

I highly recommend the Banna Beach Resort and hope to be back again.

We stayed here for the last week. I have to say it is the best holiday we have had in ireland. I presumed I would be listening to kids screaming outside all day but it wasn't so. It was so relaxing and peaceful I couldnt believe it.
There was something for kids of all ages and the teenagers room was an added bonus, They didn't appear unless they were looking for money. There is a play area,a games room, astro turf pitch, basketball court and playground on site as well as free access to the swimming pool. There is also a shop and a chipper and the food from the chipper is lovely everything cooked fresh.
The pub at night had entertainment for the kids first and then music for the adults. It is open till all hours of d morning which is brilliant at the time but I don't know is the hangover worth it. But a stroll on the beach sorts the head out.The beach is only a 10minute stroll from the resort. The beach is very windy.
We stayed in a 2 story house behind the swimming pool. It was huge, 2 rooms with double beds with 1 of them ensuite and a room with 2 single beds. There was a main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower over and a big downstairs toilet and basin. The beds were the really really comfy. The sitting room had a flat screen TV with loads of channels and 2 couches.
We are already booked for next year and looking forward to returning. I couldnt recommend here highly enough for a staycation

Recently spent a week there and was pleasantly surprised- it's geared towards the children and my 2 and 4 year old had a ball! Great location and plenty to do in all Irish weather conditions. Could do with a lick of paint in most areas but generally clean and comfortable.
The beds were not great, sore back after first night and I had few maintenance issues with light bulbs and broken bench which were never resolved during our stay but these were small issues in the scheme of things!
Also would benefit from serving food in bar( currently only available on saturday evenings) which is a pity
But indoor and outdoor playgrounds are great as is the swimming pool and the children's entertainment was fantastic!
