John & Elora welcomed us with open arms and after being with them for just a short time they felt more like family then hosts. John is passionate about cooking and shared his tips and experiences with us the entire evening. The meal itself was exquisite and we could of not asked for anything better. Our dinner far exceeded our expectations! The chocolate marshmallows were out of this world and perhaps the best desert we have come across yet. John and Elora were even nice enough to coordinate a shipment of marshmallows back home so we could share them Christmas Eve with our family. We hope to cross paths with these two wonderful people again. Much Love! Jeff & Cathy Figurilli & Family

Some of the best food that we have ever had. The love that was put into it really shows. The one recommendation is to wear stretchy pants, cause you'll wanna stuff yourself like I did

A fun, delectable, totally engaging day with John and Elora! We were warmly welcomed, wonderfully entertained, learned so much about the foods we made (and where the ingredients came from), and ate more than we ever thought we could! But the real treat are John and Elora themselves. We arrived as customers but left as friends. Much aloha to you both! Thank you so much for not only filling our stomachs with your delicious creations, but also our hearts with your wonderful spirits.

We had a fantastic night with John & Elora, what fantastic hosts. This was the most amazing gastronomic experience, from the freshly made bread sticks and hummus to the steak, oh the steak, it just melted in my mouth. One of our group is vegan, but this was no challenge for John, as the most visually appealing and flavoursome dishes were delivered by John for each course. From the starts to the mains, to the pure dark melted chocolate every ounce was perfect, and I went home with a great experience and a full happy stomach. I would highly recommend The Devils Menu to anyone in the Carlow, Kilkenny or Wexford areas as it is definitely worth the short trip and for those future afield, your senses will not be disappointed if you choose to sample from The Devil's Menu. I for one will be back.

We had a large group of people and they had to cook a lot of food. Everything was perfect. I can't remember a more memorable meal. I highly recommend.
