Stayed here for four nights and highly recommend it. As it is located a couple of km out of the city centre you would need to have your own transport. Underground private free parking. A few shops in the same block and Tesco across the road. Room well furnished. Breakfast offers a great choice of cooked and continental with plenty of cereals and fruit. Bar food available in evenings though limited menu. Excellent pool and leisure facilities. Would recommend this hotel for a few days break and as s base for exploring the area by car.

We stayed here for three nights it is a good clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The leasure facilities are very good and there is a wide choice of food for breakfast. We had one evening meal in the hotel which was fine but not exceptional. I recommend the hotel and would stay here again

I used the Maldron Hotel Limerick as a venue for a course we are offering around the country. The course is a one day presentation and interactive, so space is important. The room provided was decent size for 6 participants, bright and comfortable. It was a little stuffy, but you could open the windows and leave the door open without creating a distraction. The tea & coffee breaks were on time and nicely presented. Lunch was in the bar (we provide light lunch), and the sandwich selection was very good and the quality was excellent. I usually opt to stay overnight after the course and my room was clean & nicely appointed. The view from the room wasn't great as the hotel is not located in a great area, but is very conveniently located near the motorway. The leisure centre is well equipped and the pool is a decent size. We ate in the bar that evening and the service and food quality were excellent. I would certainly use the hotel again if I am running a course in Limerick

I stayed there recently with my fiancé and we awoke one morning to a very strong smell of tobacco smoke obviously from an adjacent room. I called reception to ask if any of the adjacent rooms were smoking permitted and none were.

They rang back a few moments later and told us it had been dealt with and offered us complimentary breakfast. During our breakfast the Manager greeted us and apologised for the smoking in an adjacent room. He then offered us breakfast for the second morning of our stay. Top class!

I revisited the Maldron Hotel in Limerick this month and I was delighted that the receptionist was so nice and polite, room was spotless, they had a problem with the heating system but was fixed as soon as it could be, when leaving the next morning they apologise for it been broke and offered tea or coffee. I just wish they would keep the price of there rooms down as I would use this hotel more often when i. In Limerick, very comfortable but can be expensive at times to stay there.
