Location is fantastic, large apartment with all the amenities you'd expect, HOWEVER... I completed the booking online, I then received a call from Kim 8pm on the Sunday prior to arrival on the Thurs) which I missed), email received asking if we require parking, wifi at extra cost and the details of additional guest. Once responsed I received a HUGE email with do's and dont's e.g. There are two remotes to the tv, do not use the up/down buttons only the p+/p- (surely this could be on a stand by the tv in the apartment???)
The day of arrival - had I call Kim 30mins before arrival, waited outside the apartments at the agreed time (no sign) waited 20 mins (still no sign) called her and she said she would be there in a minute, 15 mins later she arrived!!! Showed me in and around the apartment then asked for my id and the card I paid for to check against confirmation (?) on leaving she asked if she could come back at 7 to collect the washing currently in the machine, when I told her I wouldn't be there she said 'I have a key' needless to say I was back for 7 when she arrived with some guy :-/
Tv dated, buzzed most of the time and volume seemed to change on its own.
Fan plug was broken exposing the metal prong.
Bottom of shower door and the soap dispenser were mouldy.
Bed was extremely soft to the point it was so uncomfortable that my husband went and slept on the sofa.
Fire alarm removed from the ceiling and no extinguisher/safety equipment!!!
Had to contact Kim again on leaving to let her know we were leaving.
All in all the location was perfect unfortunately things that could be simply fixed and affordable to replace let it down.
