Great location easy to find and a short taxi ride into the city centre. Friendly helpful staff booked our taxi and remembered to give us a card to book our return car even after we went up to our rooms without it.

We went there to stay for a night. The staff is very helpful only i wish the room colouring would be different.. everything else was nice that you would expect from this place.
We wanted to try the breakfast but had no time for that unfortunately. Maybe next time

On arrival August bank holiday 9pm on a sat night . They told there was a problem which they had over booked the rooms . After a 4 hour drive I wasn't impressed . Bank holiday at 9 pm wouldn't of been easy to find another room but lucky enough they found me one . It not as close to city centre as they say . Taxi can cost a minimum of £12 one way and after 12pm more like £18. U can get a bus from end of road for £4.30 for day pass . The hotel is in really rough area I personally wouldn't advise traveling alone . Back to the hotel room basic n clean . Didn't sleep well the first night but ok on second. The breakfast is alright but on second day they was running out several items I e if their was eggs and was no bacon , if there was sausages there was no bread , all something missing I'm glad they weren't offering to run a bath . I'm not sure if it is a poor managed hotel or poor staff . Personally I will be booking a hotel in the city centre next time

The staff were friendly and always helpful. There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Comfortable bed and clean and fresh decor.
We had breakfast included which was very nice and was refilled before people asked for more. The breakfast staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
