We stayed for a week in this apartment in the Port of Dinan. The location was very convenient for restaurants, shopping and visiting the surrounding countryside. The windows look out on the river and the old town is not far. The flat is very bright.
The entrance to the flat was grim - a long, dark, dank corridor with a locked door at each end. The flat is on the third floor and is reached by a cement spiral staircase. Watch your step on the stairs; it can be very slippery.
The apartment itself was good. Our only complaint was that the hot water temperature was pretty much boiling. It was a job to avoid third degree burns. There also is no WIFI, which was very inconvenient. There is a charge for linens, which is fine, but we expected that we would get more than one bath towel and one hand towel each for a week.More
