This good quality apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and is ideally located to explore Dijon's historic centre and surrounding areas. The refurbishment makes excellent use of the historic building (a 16th Century church) and is a nice blend of old and new (although some of the contemporary decoration might not be to everyone's taste). It is very spacious, especially as regards the beautiful sitting/dining room and the two main bedrooms (the third bedroom is smaller, with a sofa bed) and there are two bathrooms, one large and one smaller. The terrace, in a vaulted recess, is especially lovely. The apartment is very well-equipped, including a good TV and Wi-Fi system. Administration of the rental is efficient and faultless.
The main negative is that in what is a very spacious apartment the kitchen is too small. That would probably not be a problem on a short rental (and there are many good restaurants and cafes close by) but for a longer rental it is not ideal if you want to cook. Also, although the refurbishment is recent and appliances in the bathrooms and kitchen are good quality, there are some minor defects e.g. the door handles are all positioned too close to the door frame so that you pinch your fingers very painfully if you are not careful (a minor thing, but the rental is not cheap and this and a few other defects are unfortunate).
Overall, though, a very good city centre apartment which I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in central Dijon.
