We picked up some delicious chicken and ham baguettes and some amazing apple/raisin pastries to take with us on leaving Epernay via train. We were disappointed with ourselves that we didn't buy more! Highly recommended.

Popped over for breakfast as the displays of pastries, sandwiches and cakes as well as the smell of coffee drew us in. The seating area was small but as it was early and there was only one other customer, we were very comfortable. The pastries were fresh and tasty. The coffee, hot and served with a little chocolate coated almond. We would not hesitate to return.

This place is amazing if you have a sweet tooth.

Decore; With only a few seats, you will have to be lucky or patient to take a seat. Classic french cafe style. Well kept and very clean.

Service; we felt the service was good. The waitress has enough english to cope with ordering and was very friendly and helpful in general.

Food; dear god. I challenge anyone to not find something they will die for. The amount of cakes and treats are copious. They have some of the best tasting cakes I have had. The owner won Frances best chocolatier a few years back and he can safely claim to still be up there.

Recommendation; If you love a sweats and cakes, a must. Great place.

We popped into this patisserie by chance for some coffee and a quick bite while waiting for our first champagne tasting if the day. We were not disappointed. We bought our biscuits roses here as they had just come out of the oven. Although the biscuits were originated in Reims, you absolutely must try these alongside your degustation of any local champagne. Alone they are quite simple, but alongside the champagne the flavor is sublime! We loved our biscuits and pain aux raisin do much that we dashed in at lunch that same day to grab a sandwich a emporter for our train ride to Reims. Both sandwiches were good and one had creme fraiche inside with chicken and sun dried tomatoes. Very fresh, excellent, well made bites are at this newly renovated bakery. Pop in and you won't be disappointed.

We stopped here because of the seating inside, and we'd been walking around for ages. I had a cappuccino and a scoop of ice cream. The cappuccino was less milky than Italian coffee and felt stronger but I liked that. It came with a little chocolate almond too. I noticed throughout that the staff were smiling and seemed to really enjoy their job which is nice to see. The cakes looked amazing too.
