We stayed on the 5th (of 6) floor at the rear for a week. Not much of a view. The train line at the back is not a bother as the train is just two carriages and only runs occasionally. The road at the front, about 200 meters s away, didn't bother us. The airport is a couple of km away but again no bother. Parking was easy, we would of been stranded without a car. The breakfast was good and we ate in the restaurant a couple of times and it was good. A short walk to nice beach through and underpass. Adjoining the bar down the beach was the Tahit restaurant which was good. The pool would of been nice if it had any water in it (we were told next month)

Empty swimming pool in June/July no information available...
Terrible wifi, not acceptable to a 4 star hotel.
So far it hasn't been a good option.
The view is good and very next to the airport but staying here is not very good unfortunately.
3 TV channels only, this is not even a 2 star hotel.

Our hotel room was nice, tiny balcony overlooking the garden area and train line. The noise was low level so very pleasant. TV and small kettle with a comfortable bed and air con. Good sized bathroom and shower. Kept clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very little English is spoken here so brush up on your French. Bus stop is a few minutes walk by the underpass to the beach. The hotel food is good quality but not cheap. The swimming pool was closed during our stay and is likely to be out until August. Bar drinks were imaginative and I loved the strawberry mojito.

Room tip: Overlooking the garden area and this is quieter. The trains run during the day but stop early in the evening so sleep is not disturbed.

We are staying at this hotel as part of a tour of Corsica
It is located some two miles from the centre of Ajaccio between a dual carriageway and a fairly quiet railway line. Currently the swimming pool is closed and is unlikely to open before the end of July
Rooms are ok with large bathrooms but only one chair in double rooms and no furniture on small balconies
Breakfast is entirely self service but quite a good choice
There is a tunnel to the beach but no facilities there which was disappointing

This is a clean comfortable hotel, with unusual wood ornamentation. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is a good size. Lovely garden view towards the sea and beach. However there is a busy road which is noisy and you use a subway to reach beach. The meals are for example, lamb shank with sweet potato (no other veg) around 20 euros. If you are vegetarian, forget it. Literally just a plate of prettily arranged carrots and artichokes for 20 euros. No light snack and the only food outlet in walking distance is the airport. They do have a shuttle. The train goes from behind the hotel and we would have been stuck without it as we didnt have a car. It comes roughly every two to three hours. The bus at front of hotel should be every hour if it turns up. Unable to walk into Ajaccio as there isnt a path. Ideal hotel for groups or car users but independent travellers would be better to stay in Ajaccio itself.
