With the iconic Eiffel Tower overlooking this park, this place will always be filled with tourists. But there is a lot of room to spread out, whether on the grass or on the benches. There are secluded sections where groups spread out with a picnic basket.
At night, you hear a collective cheer from all parts of the park at the top of every hour when the Eiffel Tower glitters. At 1am, the regular lights turn off unlike the earlier light shows, and the sparkling lights glitter, making for a unique light show right before the tower goes dark.
This park should be its own stop, aside from the Eiffel Tower, to rest and take in the scenery.
There is a free toilet available during the day.
